I, the parent or guardian of above listed volunteer who is less than 18 years of age, do agree that this volunteer may participate in activities with Refuge Farms. If this volunteer is 16 years or less, I agree, as the parent or guardian, to jointly participate with this volunteer while at THE FARM or during Refuge Farms activities.
