Privacy Statement for Refuge Farms, Inc.

Refuge Farms, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

Refuge Farms, Inc. collects personally identifying information with your specific knowledge and consent. For instance, when you register to be on our mailing list, become a volunteer, make a donation, or purchase one of our gifts from the gift shop, you are asked to provide information such as your age, name, mailing address, and email address. Refuge Farms, Inc. does not sell or rent our users' e-mail addresses.

RefugeFarms.org is not intended for use by children, especially those under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information, make purchases, use the bulletin board or register for our mailing list. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before making purchases, use the bulletin board or register for our mailing list on this site.

If your children disclose information about themselves in our public discussion areas (bulletin board), they may get unsolicited messages from other parties. Accordingly, you should tell them not to do so.
